Cincinnati, for a weekend, was catapulted to the national heights of cutting edge that it deserves.
This sort of thing tends to happen when 27 year old club owner-politico-music junky Nick Spencer puts his paws on an idea.
It was a festival that, as Greg Matusak put it, "Brought in a major hip-hop act, ala Ghostface Killa (I say WuTang, you say Clan) and there was no violence. None. Zip. Nada. I-75 wasn’t shut down the next day, everybody had a good time, and then they went home."
